Innovative Technologies Development Center, Inc. (ITDC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization located in Tucson, Arizona.

Its mission is sustainable economic development for Arizona in a public/private/educational partnership.
Its vision is to catalyze local technology and talent to incubate new companies and highly-skilled jobs.
Its objective is to identify, evaluate, and develop commercially viable enterprises in arid lands livability.
Its methodology is to award internships for hands on experience in real world opportunities.
